This property is in a terrific location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed 9 days, so a cleaning crew came by on a day and at a time mutually agreed to. We kept our windows open at night so the noises from the street were loud--but typical of a large city. My complaints, if you can even call them that, are relating to needing the space for a longer stay. As such, we needed storage space more than we needed the decorative clay vases and books on the shelves. We moved these under the bed and high up into the high shelves so that we had room for our things without the space getting cluttered. When the room was cleaned, some of these items were returned to their original spots--- we needed the shelves and drawers. For those staying a week or more, it might be helpful for the property to provide a welcome basket of extra coffee pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. and instructions for arranging a cleaning. But honestly, we loved the room, the view, and the location.

The property was very clean, newly updated, stocked with kitchen items, and located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to the metro and grocery store. There were numerous options for eating, shopping, and touring within walking distance. The staff was friendly, helpful, and check-in was easy.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr belebten und sicheren Viertel. Supermarkt, Metrostation und unzählige Bars, Restaurants, Cafés und Shoppingmöglichkeiten - alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und Fragen konnte man jederzeit sogar via WhatsApp stellen. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und sauber. Verbesserungspotential: Die Zimmer sind insgesamt recht klein. Wir konnten uns nicht vorstellen, dass sich bspw drei Personen in dem Deluxe-Zimmer wohlfühlen können. Wir fänden es praktischer, wenn die Zimmer auf zwei Personen ausgelegt werden würden. Dann könnte auch der dritte Stuhl weg, der für uns eher störend war oder man sucht praktische Möbel, die sich verstauen lassen (wie bspw das klappbare Sofa). Bei der Grundausstattung hätten wir uns sowas wie Öl, Salz und Pfeffer gewünscht. Auch eine kleine Teeauswahl wäre toll gewesen. Im Bad wären mehr Stauraum toll, bspw um die nassen Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Häken sind unpraktisch, wenn die Handtücher dafür keine Lasche haben..

The various people who were at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful throughout my trip. I speak enough French to get around, but everyone was fluent in English which made communication easy. My room was really lovely! A full kitchen including a refrigerator, a beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower with rain showerhead and even a narrow balcony with a small cafe table and chairs (i stepped onto the balcony but didn't sit at the table.) The queen sized bed with 4 fluffy pillows was very comfortable. My one suggestion is to offer people a mid-stay clean up of the room, instead of making a guest pay to have the room cleaned. I don't think it's appropriate to make a guest pay for cleaning, and I did not opt for room cleaning in my 5 day stay. It would have been appropriate for the hotel to offer it to me on day 3, in my opinion.

The apartment was perfect for our family. It was cozy but with 2 rooms and 3 comfortable beds we all slept well each night. The thermostat was hard to figure out and maintaining the right temperature was not consistent each night. The staff were very helpful with all our requests, including a noisy neighbor one night. Loved the location, close to metro and lots of dining options nearby. Would have been nice to have free coffee pods once we ran out, given we were staying there for one week. Instead we had to buy some extra pods from a nearby market. All in all, it was a lovely place to call home for our week in Paris with beautiful street views and lots of light. Would definitely consider staying here again, especially as a family!
