“We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. “My partner and I needed a place to camp for the total eclipse and came across Ryan's listing. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets. We chose a spot next to the river to pitch our tent, and we were able to pull our car right up to the site and have easy access to all our gear. The privacy……

“Last minute, one night stay to take advantage of the snow while it lasted this season. Price was fair and was the perfect location to just jump on the snowmobile and ride. Cabin is well appointed and cozy - also very clean. Deborah was an excellent communicator and allowed us an early check in. When we had a couple of questions, she answered right away. We will definitely consider staying again.”

“The Boathouse is literally on the water with all of the amenities you need to take in the pond and nature. It is a quiet and serene area. My only recommendation is load up with beer, wine and food before arriving. You won’t want to leave and there isn’t much food in area.”

“We rented this lodge for 5 nights and 6 days to meet up with friends. There were 6 adults total. The place perfectly accommodated everyone. It was beautiful and had all of the described amenities. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Each room had a private bathroom. The lodge had a beautiful view of the forest area around salmon river and a wide-open field where you could watch the deer roam. We would highly recommend staying here and are considering coming back in the near future.”
