“Just returned from our third time renting. We already cant wait for next year. The cabin was spotless as usual. We always enjoy coffee on the dock in the mornings. We had breakfast at CAVU cafe one morning. Had dinner at Charlie's 2x recommend both highly”

“We arrived to the boat house, we were just thrilled. It is super clean and well set up. We had a fire in the fire pit every night. In the morning we watched the Geese come flying in, a few ducks and 3 Loons. We used the kayaks, canoe and corn hole set. The water is clean. We went to the Wild Center which is very close by as well. We used the nice grill to make our dinners at night. Highly recommend.”

“Beautiful property! Once you get there (it is a long, slow drive from the main road) the cabin is paradise. Well kept, view over the water, private dock, a small boathouse with everything you need, and the hosts are super responsive when questions arise. Highly recommend.”

“The treehouse was very cozy and cooled down very well at night. They have great trails and kayaks to use which the dog loved. The hosts were communicative and gracious. They gave us some fresh strawberries from their garden as well. We hope to get back in the not too distant future. ”

“This property is amazing! Exactly as described, perfect location and dock on the water, what we wanted.The only issue we had with check-in is the Address we were sent is listed as 183, but the actual site is marked easier, site 68. Other than that no issues!”

“We were so happy to have found this getaway for our family of 7. The kids said it was better than Disney World! There were accessible hikes, good restaurants, and comfortable accommodations. The hosts left a wealth of information about things to do in the area, my husband and boys enjoyed fishing from the boat out on the lake, and the nightly fires in the fireplace were lovely. We hope to return soon!”

“Clean, well furnished, and quiet. Kitchen and Bathroom were set up nice, and never had an issue with plumbing or hot water. Bed was comfortable and A/C and heat were available, but didn’t need either. The rail trail along Lake Clear is literally across the road, accessible for walking or biking. Shawn and Mindy (hosts) are super friendly, excellent communicators, very organized, and have a bike and kayak for your use. Got a kick out of the chickens that came over and greeted me each evening……
