Conveniently located within walking distance of Main Street, this fantastic two-story home is a must-see! You are within a short distance of great restaurants, convenience stores, hiking trails, lifts, and slopes. Some of the must-visit attractions include Park Silly Sunday Market, Egyptian Theatre, Park City Museum, All Seasons Adventures, Park City Mountain, Park City Alpine Slide, Jordanelle State Park, and so much more!

This mountain-view retreat offers two separate (non-connected) homes, each private space has been recently updated with items from West Elm and Crate and Barrel. Both retreats enjoy a beautifully furnished open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one with an inviting living area with a smart TV, a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, free WiFi, beautiful views of the mountains and ski slopes, and access to a bubbly hot tub in the patio. The upper level offers a furnished deck, while the lower level has a patio.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There are a number of stairs to climb to access this house.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location has very tight parking on side of roadway. Cleaning crew was still at property when we arrived. The house had issues like the grounds around the entrance were covered with cigarette butts, a window that wouldn’t close and a hot tub that wouldn’t stay hot. It took the customer service team 4 days to finally sent someone out on our last evening of a five day trip to look at the tub. They also sent maintenance out to take a look at the window and left a note saying “don’t touch”. The following night was windy and the window blew completely open making for a cold nights sleep. Maintenance on this Building needs to occur before I would rebook

This 2 unit property was perfect for our 2 families (9 total) for a holiday trip to ski country. We could get together to celebrate but retreat to our separate units when we needed space. This rental is right on the edge of being a great experience. Walkable to Main St. (big hill) and a 5 minute ride to both Park City and Deer Valley. Keypad entries made it easy for everyone to come and go as desired. Wonderful views from both units. Hardware floors and soaring ceilings in the upstairs unit. Clean. Mostly updated. An investment in the bathrooms (some hastily fixed water damage) and a few of the older appliances (faucet, dishwasher) would push this unit into luxury territory. As is, it's a great value. What we loved: Well stocked kitchen. New pots, pans and knives. Lots of baking dishes, serving ware, and glasses and dishes. Cooking and eating utensils were plentiful. Extra paper towels, dish soap, etc. Bathroom well stocked too. Lots of fresh, fluffy towels and separate pool towels for the hot tub. Small shampoo and soaps. Beds were comfy. Nice quality sheets and comforters. Nice rugs and furniture in the living room. Beware there is no communal dining space. Just a small table. What we would love if we return: Hairdryers, corkscrews in the kitchens. A few pantry staples like olive oil, coffee, maybe a few basic spices beyond salt and pepper. Beware the entitled neighbor across the street who informed us we were only renters and she owned her home.
