You'll be among the first on the slopes of Park City Mountain each morning when you make your home base at this cozy downtown condo mere blocks from the ski lifts! After a day of adventure in the mountains, you can unwind in the private sauna, take a long soak in the private hot tub (which is sheltered from the elements in a glassed-in solarium), or stroll to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife in the heart of Park City.

What’s nearby:
This condo is located only two blocks from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, making Double Jack a wonderful spot for skiers and snowboarders. Main Street and a stop for the free city-wide shuttle bus are one block east, so you can easily stroll the Park City Historic District or attend events at the Sundance Film Festival. This property is also just one mile south of the Park City Golf Course, two miles northwest of Deer Valley Resort, four miles south of Canyons Village, and an easy day trip from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton.

Great spot near the lifts

Very sizable and clean place near the base lifts and walkable to town. I would say the only issue is that the hot tub maxes out at 99 degrees, which is not very warm for a hot tub.

Prefect Ski Trip

The condo was very clean and just minutes away from the lifts. An easy 10 minute walk up the stairs to the lift and 15-20 minutes walk to downtown for dinner. Very spacious, love the private hot tub and sauna! We would love to rent again!

Great property with tons of space

This was the perfect property for a girl's trip! Large living room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms meant we all had space and privacy. Great location across from a dog park and coffee shop, and a short 15 minute walk to Park City's main downtown. So convenient we didn't even need to use the free shuttle. The place was definitely a little outdated in decor, but clean and inviting. If you want a super modern feel, this is not for you, but all of the important items are updated. Plus, the price can't be beat. We took off 1 star because neither fireplace worked. Not a huge deal, but when I contacted the property manager about it, they first asked us to search around the condo for batteries, and when we couldn't find any, they asked us to buy batteries for the remote. We had already tried switching out the batteries with the TV remote, so I don't think that was the problem. We left our 4 day stay without being able to use the fireplace. Things happen, that's fine, but I do wish the property manager had tried a little harder to fix it during our stay. Overall, great peoperty and would definitely recommend! we didn

Girls Weekend

Heat was insane! Not sure if it had something to do with the batteries in the thermostat or if the cooling system was not working properly but it was unbearable. Instructions for televisions were not accurate and communication to rectify the situation was unsuccessful. Otherwise, property is wonderful for a girls retreat.

You advertised as dog friendly and then did not allow pets, not transparent in pricing and additional fees are a joke should include as a per night stay. Will avoid VRBO and at all costs in the future!!!! So typical to advertise a reasonable rate but in reality is 66% higher.............

Great stay for 3 couples ski vacation

3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, spacious dining and living room perfect for 6 adults. Close to the ski hill and town. Only downside was the hyper chlorinated hot tub.

Family Trip

The condo is large and well equipped. There is a pack and play in one of the closets. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to many things. The spa and sauna are wonderful. The garage parking is much too low for a truck & most SUV’s. You will need to request a street parking permit for a large vehicle.

High hopes … Big disappointment

We really wanted this last minute rental and first trip to Park City to be amazing. It had everything we wanted and we listed on our search : Fireplace, hot tub, dog friendly, close location to slopes. While the home was in fine condition (except for a broken coat rack at the entrance, broken towel rack and broken refrigerator door handle, and no kitchen towels or storage for skis ), what was really upsetting was that the hot tub heater was turned off and we couldn’t use it the first 2 nights. It took the manager 24 hours to get the hot tub specialist to call us and guide us on how to turn the temperature up then another 24 hours for it to reach a comfortable temperature. Written instructions should be provided. It was also very dirty and when the hot tub specialist came by to check on us, he cleaned it out as he was embarrassed at the condition. He was extremely kind and helpful. For the second (last) two nights of our trip, the Living room fireplace was broken and was never fixed despite numerous calls and emails. The local VACASA management has very kind staff on the phone who sound like they want to help, but they really don’t know how to. My trip was so disrupted by calling them about the hot tub and fireplace, taking breaks from skiing and then getting frustrated that our evenings would not have these amenities that I confirmed prior to the trip would be in working condition. Finally any emails sent to the VRBO website took 24+ hours to get a response and at that point it was too late. For our troubles, we were promised a refund for the amenities and that was never delivered. We received a pet refund because we told them the day before arrival that we were not bringing our dog, however this small refund was not fair given the poor service and time spent on the phone during a short 4 day trip. Not sure who is at fault… VRBO or VACASA. Also, most places have a welcome basket with a local specialty like coffee or chocolates, a rental manual for the hot tub or FP, and a listing with local favorites or contacts for problems … we got nada..

The unit was as advertised except the fireplace was out of service, which was disappointing and they had 3 coffee makers and not an ounce of coffee in sight. If you plan to stay bring your own coffee.

Great location

The property is older but clean, with suitable furnishings, everything we needed for a comfortable week, and the location can’t be beat. There were a few leaks in the overhead windows to be expected with snow melt but only in one place and not in living areas.

Unit showing it’s age. Nice enough and the best feature was private hot tub. About a 10-12 minutes walk to lift. Not bad but in ski boots carrying gear it was a workout. Had a broken window upon check in. Immediately contacted management and it was fixed next day. Beds ok but pillows terrible. Small and flat. Coffee maker must be the oldest slowest in Utah. Not a bad property but also not great. Overall a 4 star not 5.

Fantastic location and great for families

Really nice to have hot tub & sauna in condo. Walk to mountain and walk to town (or use free shuttle) was so convenient. Library 'park' across street has sledding and a great coffee shop.

Old and falling apart

Property is rather old and aside from the kitchen, has no been updated. The master bath has water damage and the tiles in the shower are loose and grout is falling apart. Toilets are made for leprechauns....I’m 6’4” and hurt to sit they were so low. In the evenings, we’d try and watch TV and no kidding, there were 7 remotes for the front room. The back rooms also had a number of bugs that came from the vents....really gross. And to top it off, the elevator up to the property was more than a year behind on inspections.

Super easy

We came in knowing it is an older property, so some showers are better than others, and the bathroom fans have put in a lot of work in their time. But everything was clean, spacious, sauna and whirlpool were great, and we used the fireplace a lot. We were a multigenerational family - 2 grandparents, 3 adults, and 2 little kids - the place worked well for everyone.
