Lower Deer Valley has long since been a desirable spot for guests due to its ideal proximity to Deer Valley and downtown Park City, immediate access to ski school, nearby access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and of course Sundance Film Festival activities.

Lakeside 15 is the perfect choice in summer as well, being one of few properties offering air conditioning in lower Deer Valley and being walking distance to Deer Valley's summer concert series or Park City's Main Street attractions. Lakeside also offers a courtesy neighborhood shuttle for those who prefer a quick drop off at the base lodge in winter, as well as Park City's free public transit route stop which is offered at the edge of the neighborhood, traveling to all three world class resorts and Main Street.
