We recently stayed at this condo in Westgate Park City and really liked the unit itself — it was well-furnished and in a great location. That said, when we first arrived, the condo hadn’t been cleaned at all. It was clearly still in the condition the last guests left it.
We contacted the property manager (white pine) , and while they did move us to a clean unit eventually, they never offered an apology or acknowledged the inconvenience. It felt like we were just another task on their list. I want to clarify that this isn’t a reflection on the condo owners — they’ve clearly invested in a nice space — but the management company responsible for cleaning and communication left a lot to be desired.
Everything turned out fine, but I do think future guests should be aware that this could happen and that communication may not be very personal or apologetic.
