Nestled among the pines, this newly renovated estate delivers an unparalleled Park City getaway with above-and-beyond amenities and ski-in privileges. This home is located within walking distance of Canyons Village fun and offers ski-in, ski-out access to the lifts. A ski trail is adjacent to the home; walk to the edge of the patio and pop on your skis. Enjoy easy access to the free Canyons Village Connect service with door-to-door transportation to anywhere within Canyons Village.
Snuggle up on the sectional in the main living room and watch shows on the TV with Sonos sound system. A gas fireplace with stone surround, vaulted ceilings, and large windows complete the luxe, lodge-like setting. The second living area has a sectional and a gas fireplace. A 100" TV and a pool table offer hours of entertainment. The bar features seating, an ice maker, and a walk-in wine cellar. The loft area is furnished with two armchairs. A private hot tub and steam room invite you to unwind, while two living areas set the scene for quality time together. Home chefs will love the gourmet kitchen and walk-in wine cellar. Share alfresco meals with an alpine view on the patio. Heated interior/exterior floors, ski lockers, and Sonos sound system throughout the home and patio provide added comfort and convenience.
The primary suite boasts a king bed, a TV, a gas fireplace, and direct patio access. Spa-like features of the en-suite bath include a jetted tub with built-in Sonos speakers and a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. The second bedroom holds two twin beds (one with a trundle below) and a TV. A half-bath is adjacent to the second bedroom. The third bedroom includes a king bed, a TV, and a gas fireplace, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, a TV. and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. An adjacent guest bath has a tub/shower combination. Your vacation home also features a half-bath on the main level for added convenience.
After a fun-filled day, soak in the private hot tub on the patio or gather by the gas firepit. A gas grill and a table for six encourage alfresco meals. Step out to the balcony and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). Due to snow conditions, ski-in, ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
