“Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids really enjoyed this property location, on mountain. There were some good dining options for families. The hotel offered an outdoor pool and hot tub (2) which were always full but we still were able to enjoy. Towels were nice quality as was bed linens. The issues were some of the staff -English was not their first language so if you asked for towels or replacement of coffee, soaps, etc. it was a challenge. Sometimes just giving up. “Beautiful home. No complaints there. If you stay here in the winter you need to be careful. The roads are “plowed” but there’s still plenty of snow on them. You need good tires, four wheel drive, and possibly chains. ”

“We loved staying in the lodge, but the unpaved access road and the huge gravel pit next door with dump trucks ripping up the road made the road impassable except for large cars with 4-wheel drive. One set of our guests who tried to arrive by Uber had to walk a quarter mile through the mud because the vehicle couldn't make it up the road.The lodge itself is amazing - great beds, movie theater, kitchens, and so many bathrooms. The hot tub was in need of cleaning and maintenance, but everything……
