“Everything in the house was fantastic. It was clean and well accessorized. The pool and patio were outstanding. The only small irritation was that there was construction on both sides of the property as well as on the back so it was very noisy during the day trying to sit by the pool. This is of no fault of the host just happens to be the situation currently.”

“Checkin was easy and it was the first time the checkin process worked without problem. However, the place was dirty, doors broken, windows were never cleaned, there were only 2 salad forks and 2 dinner forks, many lights needed lightbulbs, the washer constantly went off balance and would wake the dead with it’s loud pounding, and the advertised grill was not there. But after calls to the property manager he had a maintenance contractor (a very good professional) come and fix the door and the……
