“The BEST little weekend getaway within an hour from the Springs. The homeowners are super friendly and so considerate. Mr. Davis knocked on the basement door and asked if we wanted to see bears out by the garage! So stinking cool! We loved being able to enjoy the outdoor space and their dogs are the sweetest!!! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we need some time away from the kids! ”

“This is a comfortable and spacious home. Very clean! I would stay here again. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a 15-20 minute drive to the grocery store, coffee shop, or restaurants. The large kitchen island is the dining area. I appreciated that this home also has a portable baby bed that we utilized for our stay.The host was great to work with and promptly replied to all my questions.”

“My family and I stayed for a long weekend. There were nine of us in total and we slept comfortably. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated, and clean. Lovely yard as well. “We stayed at Lucien’s place while in town for a friends wedding. It was the perfect location to get around Denver, see Red Rocks, and have some space to relax and decompress. Lucien’s dogs are also very friendly and easy to be around, making one of us with dog allergies very comfortable.”

“Perfection! Everything was just as stated. The bed were very comfortable. communication with host was easy and timely. Check in checkout was fast and easy. Unlike many rentals there was no clean up list before departure. Just leave the keys inside and close the doors. Can't get any better than that!! Definitely reccommend”
