“Beautiful house and neighborhood! My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this unique find. The host was very kind and easy to work with. There was an unexpected issue with roadwork in front of the house. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and help us work around the roadwork. The host also left very detailed instructions for check in and check out. My family and I would definitely stay here again if we visit Denver in the future. ”

“I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. We were looking forward to relaxing and watching march madness, but with the……

“Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful. ”

“This was a great space for our adult family members to gather. Each couple had a comfortable space with privacy when wanted. The main living level was spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Great location right off Broadway with lots of local restaurants to choose from. The host was quickly responsive to several questions and needs we had. ”

“The property was terrific with the perfect location. Walking distance to Coors Field, etc. Beautifully restored historic home with modern amenities. The home is updated but they kept the historic charm. Example, crown molding, fireplace, floors, etc. Very well done. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“We stayed at the property recently for a conference at the nearby Gaylord. It was easy to get to and from and it was clean, comfortable, and well equipped kitchen, laundry, bedrooms and bathrooms. The area is nice and quiet and it was a nice reprieve from a busy conference. Would stay again!”
