“OUr stay was excellent. The place was exactly as the pictures desribe and its right across the streeet from the wine tasting. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Ping pong table, bean bag toss and the beds were comfy and big. Check in and check out process was easy. Great seculded location but close to town for dinner and shopping. Overall excellent time for the whole family. ”

“The Orchard House exceeded our expectations. It’s even better in person, than the pictures. The house sits up on a hill above the orchard and has a fantastic view to enjoy. The house is so roomy with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it easy for everybody to get ready at the same time. The owners were wonderful too making sure the directions were easy as well. Fantastic house to stay at. Highly recommend it. ”

“So the house is beautifu. The outside yard we thought was going to be ours to ourselves. Instead, there is a caretaker property in the back that has a dog they let loose, and then a pitbull on the other side of the fence if you have no problem with, somebody else being there then you’ll be fine. We wanted the privacy and not to worry about other dogs and did not see that anywhere listed. When I asked the host she sent something that showed it listed but not on my Vrbo did it show that. “The house is great and we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was set up comfortably and beautifully. We made great breakfasts and ate outside on the patio, in the shade. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced on VRBO, with every thing we needed, which was a delight. We were a group of friends, three couples enjoying the wine country and Tobin James Winery. It was a perfect fit. ”

“It was a little rough getting there! In the middle of the country. The last few miles a bumpy dirt road! Pay attention to the hosts instructions on how to get there! Once we were there we loved the place and the whole experience! Many beautiful stars at night.The whole ranch is clean well built and very safe! Loved watching the goats being protected by their guardian dogs! The hosts were friendly and attentive While they were working. We had the ranch to ourselves most of the time. ……

“Overall a great place. Loved the decor and warmth felt in the house. However!!! Trying to access the property from the street was dangerous!!! There is no railing up the so called stairs to the gate. Rather than trying going down or up this way, we walked through weeds on so called grass until we felt safe to access street. This could potentially be a lawsuit in the making ”

“We stayed 3 nights at Vista Vine cottage. The property was accurately described in the listing, well stocked for all our needs. It was very clean and had a great layout for our family of 7. We loved the view from the back patio, we even got to see some wildlife (deer and rabits).”

“Quick getaway for our kids, grandkids and two pets. Didn't have to worry about anything full of amenities from dog supplies (dog kennel/pet food bowels) too kid supples (high chair, playpens and games), the Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and then some. Plenty of towels and blankets and very clean and well maintained! ”

“Very cute and clean little cabin. Very well stocked kitchen, nice clean bathroom. The kitchen was very closeby. The bathroom was a little further away but still fairly close. The neighborhood and property were amazing - quaint, quiet, and lots of interesting buildings and equipment to explore. Wish I could have stayed longer!”
