“When we got there, it was evident that the room was not completely renovated - there was a missing handle on a closet door and THE TOILET WAS NONFUNCTIONAL. The staff, however, were incredibly responsive, doing everything they could to help us out. By the third day of our stay, everything was fixed except the automatic icemaker, which never worked (they gave us an icetray). For a longer stay with family, this property and room were outstanding - except for the issues mentioned above. ”

“We were given a room right off of the front desk, which was awesome because it was not far of a walk. But there was some type of hallway or service room or something on the other side of the wall from our room. All night, long people banged, knocked, and went in and out of that room, making noise. Laughing talking and making a noise. Otherwise we had an extremely nice and clean room at a decent price. I wear earplugs at night so I didn’t care but I got woke up by everybody else in the middle of……

Fresh white sheets and towels.Our host reached out a few days in advance to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived.Would definitely recommend!!”
