Only hiccup we had was our code for the building didn’t work upon arrival and it took the 24/7 concierge service over an hour to get us a code that worked. Our room code worked right away! The check in process was super simple and check out wasn't super involved like some places (i.e. where they make you basically clean the entire place).Pros: the backyard is what makes this place!
