“Perfect location, but inconsistent staff. Check in clerk made several mistakes with parking and dinner reservation, bar staff got our food order wrong ( my husband does not eat red meat and instead of duck burger he got a beef burger). Cleaning staff was very competent.”

“Hair strings on pillows and bed sheet. Mini fridge was broken with a mouldy ice tray inside. Housekeeper entered without knocking at all at 10am. Coffee never got refilled after the first night. ”
