“We just stayed 5 nights at the cabin and it was absolutely amazing. Glad they did a remodel because not sure my husband and I would have liked the bunks or the 1/2 ceiling in the loft we would have made it work tho. It was great to have coffee in the mornings next to the river and watching all the boats going past. Love the cool nights and sitting by fire. Hope to go back next year. THANK YOU ”

“Great layout inside beautiful wrap around porch with stunning views. Very well equipped inside, comfortable furniture and bedding. Peak Property Management is very easy to work with. We boated and fished Blue Mesa Reservior and Taylor Reservior. Rafted the Gunnison River and had an overall wonderful family time. ”

“We absolute loved our stay at the cabin. It was stocked with all the necessities and very clean and well kept. Brian was super helpful with our check in as well. It is the perfect distance between Gunni and CB! Its also under an hour from Monarch Ski Resort which we chose over skiing in CB due to low cost ”

“We stayed at Three River Resort cabin for 4 days and it was perfect for our family. When we arrived, we were greeted with smile faces and the check in process was easy and also gave us some recommendations if we wanted to do things around there. When we got to the cabin it was very clean and ready to be used. It had everything we needed. Plus the kids loved their own space on the loft. It was in perfect location to Crescent Butte, Taylor ParkReservoir and Gunnison. I highly recommend these……

“Needs an address sign installed in front of cabin Numerous light bulbs were out contacted Vrbo but nothing was fixed Needs heating system upgraded as it was difficult to keep the cabin warm Parking is very limited and should have a drive thru driveway With the exterior lights not working it creates a hazardous situation navigating the steps in the dark”

“We had a great stay. We went OHV riding and there was plenty of room for our truck and trailer which is hard to find sometimes. We easily trailered into Pitkin to the trailhead and everyone was so nice there. They also rent sxs's in Pitkin. We ate at the Pitkin Hotel and the food was awesome! We trail rode to St Elmos ghost town and Tincup and it was a great ride. The cabin was perfect with a great view. Thank you!”

“I decided a short while back that this spring I would take a road trip through my native state of Colorado fly-fishing in route. I found the Three Rivers Resort listing online and it seemed to fit my needs perfectly. I booked four nights and yes, it was perfect!
