The property had small flaws which were easy to ignore, but were below expectations for a 4-star hotel: the cleaning staff kept opening the windows, leaving mosquito screens open, allowing mosquitos into the room; the shower was very small and had a single body/hand soap bottle shared between the shower and sink; the toilet mechanism would occasionally get stuck and not refill after flushing, until……
