“One of a kind property. It was a lovely room on the second floor with the hot-tub for two and the swing and dinette. The shower had great water pressure and monkeys would tap on the windows. The views were amazing. Lots of wildlife to watch all over the property. The food was fabulous. It is a short drive to many attractions and beaches. The pool was perfect. ”

“Our stay at Hotel Don Ernesto was truly peaceful and enjoyable. The property is such a hidden oasis and offers a beautiful, calm atmosphere. The staff was warm and accommodating, in addition to the servers at nearby restaurants. We were happy to find the perfect balance of nature and city life by staying at this hotel. “Eden Atenas seemed a bit in the middle of nowhere, when we arrived in the dark - and it was very dark. But when we woke up the morning we were surrounded by the most beautiful jungle gardens, a gorgeous pool, such a kind caretaker who made a gorgeous simple breakfast where we watched hummingbirds. Eden. Just like it says. There isn't anywhere exciting to go outside the compound but inside it's a magical retreat. Someone should write a great novel there.”
