“Only stayed for one night as layover but it was very pleasant. Check-in and checkout was very easy and the room itself was just as expected from the pictures. Highly recommend ”

“Very good apartments around 30 minutes on the metro to central Madrid. Main complaint is the overhead shower head fell on my head! Twice! Reported it to reception who fixed it only for it to happen the next day again. Reported it again when leaving and that receptionist said it hadn't been recorded. That was probably (hopefully) an isolated incident and overall the apartments are very good.”

“This is one of the best Paradors I have stayed at. Beautifully appointed, lovely fresh flowers everywhere, including a small greenery in a glass container in the bathroom. Very large and comfortable room. Expansive communal corridors outside the rooms to relax in. Paid parking available and plenty of free street parking. It is next to the Plaza Mayor so right in the centre of things, but very tranquil inside the building and grounds.”

“ Nel complesso siamo stati bene, la camera spaziosa e pulita, la colazione sufficiente. L’hotel è molto fuori Madrid ma a 5 minuti di auto c’è il capolinea della metro e si raggiunge piazza del Sol in 3/4 d’ora. Serve avere l’auto.”

“Good location with metro station nearby, only 30 minutes ride to Madrid city centre with the sub urban train. With a large shopping center nearby and free parking. Just pretty strange that the fridge is not able for cooling but just keep at room temperature.”
