"Our room had a bit of a musty smell - and there was a portable dehumidifier in the room, though it was not plugged in. The room was clean but some of the furnishings were clearly dated (a few minor scuffs)."

"The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. The only real drawback is the traffic noise; it is next to a truck stop so there was some overnight noise. They did give me a room opposite the main noise area. I could stay there again if I'm in the area."

"We recommend “Hidden Gem” for sure. We had 5 adults, a 17 yr old and 9 and 10 yr old. It is supplied with many extras such as spices, etc and most any kitchen item and appliance you could ask for! We enjoyed the water (even in October) with their canoe, life jackets and paddle boards. Great bedding ..."
