“Great hotel to visit Mumbai. Location is not the best, as it's not easy to find any restaurants or supermarkets nearby but it is easy to move with Uber around city. Staff and room were great! Breakfast was local and nicely served on their terrace, but maybe to exotic for western traveller. ”
“1. The toilet seat cover was not functioning properly.
2. The room was too small for the price.
3. The staff's behavior towards customers was unsatisfactory.
4. There was too much noise, and it felt like someone was working in the adjacent staff room, compromising privacy.
5. The breakfast options were limited. ”
“The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive:
Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean.
Negative:
They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor……
“Intercontinental Mumbai is right next to the coast. Great view. It has no spa facilities but offers services in the guest room. There was a 20 min complimentary foot massage for guests. There are two restaurants, both offer excellent Indian and western food. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. ”
“It is a nice small 4 season hotel. It was located in the central of Mumbai with a slump just next to it. It is quite an experience. What I want to say is that the room is clean and nice as usual 4 seasons standard. conceiage will go over the distance to make you feel comfortable. You will be surprised of the area it was located, but as India as it is, it is always the mix of things that makes the trip fun, will definitely stay again.”
