Drove 4 hours to NH with 2 small children to stay for a weekend and go to storyland etc and discovered we never received check in or entry information for the unit. So I kept trying to call, text and email the property owner, nothing. They completely ghosted me. Then had to spend literally hours on the phone with VRBO, and they weren’t even able to refund me, had to book a last……
