After booking and before checking in I was plagued by calls, some in the middle of the night, asking fro more money on top of the booking amount I’d already paid, then told the booking would be cancelled if I didn’t pay. When I asked why I was being asked to pay double the amount agreed and already paid, I was called ‘intolerable’ by the hotel manager - for simply asking why I was receiving……
