“Coming to town for the first time not knowing the area this place was very walkable. Each room has its own pin pad lock so I felt safe in my room. Shared bathrooms were kept clean as was the property as a while. Private parking was very convenient. Quiet hours were appreciated as were the provided linens. Zihan was easy to communicate with and very prompt in responding. The mini fridge in the room was a life saver to keep myself stocked and comfortable. ”

“Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. ”

“This house is very spacious. One bedroom has an attached full bathroom, which was nice. The host was amazing to work with, allowing us to book last minute. It was a bit hard to find the house number from the street but easy to enter with a coded entry. No need for keys. There was plenty of parking available in the driveway.
