“地點：佳，位於Jakarta Kota車站附近，許多歷史景點的老城區。 交通：佳，鐵道捷運與公車BRT都有站點在附近，交通方便。距離機場開車約25分鐘 硬體設備：佳，有電視、冰箱，空間大，提供一次性牙刷牙膏。浴廁大，熱水溫控好水量足，有乾式分離。床、被、枕舒適性佳。有游泳池、健身房等設施。設備新。 清潔：乾淨，臥房地板是貼皮木紋地板，床單被套均乾淨。 服務：優，員工訓練有素。 周遭環境：安靜，雖然在車水馬龍的大路上，但飯店內並不會聽到聲音。 網路：可，有提供免費wifi ，速度不錯。 停車場：有。 早餐：豐盛，可選擇是否加早餐。 價格：適中，CP值高。”

“I was nearly get my feet hurt by sharp edge of the metal plate between the corridor and the washroom. Can't believe the door can't be closed unless I bang it when I get out. The lifts are extremely slow.”

“Cleanliness was horrible. I found some blood-like spots on the bed sheets, and lots of mold in the shower room. The front staff doesn’t speak English, and not always accessible even day time. I will never stay this hotel.”

“Internet connection more OFF than ON. VERY CONFUSING: 2 D’primas in close proximity. ITC Mangga Dua and WTC Mangga Dua. I accidentally booked an extra night at the wrong one. Had to pay twice because I didn’t want to move. OBNOXIOUS placement of receptacle. Instead of putting it where it can easily be reached, I had to crawl on the floor like I was changing oil and plug my converter in. Plugging and unplugging things from the bed could be dangerous because someone could gouge their eye on……

“House of Tugu is the latest hotel from the Tugu Group, which I have frequented many times. This one is truly the masterpiece... the decor and mood is otherworldly. The room is spacious and very comfy. Breakfast was amazing and I really like their coffee. Service is something that all Tugu hotels share, always warm, genuine, and caring. To me, this is the perfect weekend getaway hotel.”

“酒店內浴室設備和用品簡陋，毛巾黑色，床單有血積，有點恐怖！ 酒店有點老化，門也有老化聲音，吱吱聲聽到也起雞皮！本人最基本希望酒店是整潔但不滿意這點。”

“Stay in 5 Floor, Dec. 2019. Room is okay, staff make the sheet and put new bottle water everyday, air conditioner works very well, sometimes you can hear traffic noise. You can hear people talking on the corridor till 22.00. Furnitures may not that new, you can see dirty area on the sofa and chair, like the one had been use for over 3 years. Broken and repaired washstand and no hair dryer in the room. Well, this hotel is not the top choice but price corresponds to still need to give applause……
