“the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? ”

“WiFi ended after the 2nd day. The agent explained that the WiFi is on a daily data usage and that we had reached the quota. We were assured that it would come back online the next day, it did not. Further conversations resulted with us paying an additional fee for a week's WiFi. That week's WiFi lasted for a day and a half. Fed up, we gave up on the WiFi. 2 very bored teenagers....The swimming pool does exist but there is a daily charge per person over 10 years old...The gym exists but is NOT……
