Please note this property is located in a quiet rural neighborhood with a single lane driveway. No trailers or RVs access the property because of inadequate space in the driveway for an RV or trailer to turn around. There is plenty of parking, however, for normal cars and large pickups, trucks and suvs. To be respectful to neighbors outside noise must be kept at a minimum during the day and no outside noise after 9pm.
Guest Access:
The property sits atop 7 acres, guests have access to the house and gated private driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Our house is situated in a private peaceful rural neighborhood. It has country charm while still being very close to downtown Paso Robles. Most importantly, this house offers expansive views from a quiet nature filled setting.
Getting Around:
We have good parking on our private driveway but the turn around space is tight so no commercial vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
This is a rural property with a long private driveway that we share with our neighbors and no great turn around space for large vehicles. This means we cannot accommodate large buses, limos or commercial activity. A sprinter van is as large as we can do and that requires a 3 to 5 point turn to turn it around.
Interaction with Guests:
Text, email or phone call.
