UNDER THE OAKS-Hot Tub & Walk Downtown

Located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles is this wonderful 1918 Craftsman home. This home is located just 5 blocks from the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Enjoy the large fenced yard with hot tub and expansive outdoor areas. Under the Oaks is the perfect destination, as have the entire property to yourselves. House has a full kitchen, living + dining areas and one bedroom.

Living Space:

This home features a western decor in this craftsman style living space. The living room has leather couch & chair and features a Smart TV.

The kitchen is Fully-stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker as well as an Nespresso espresso machine, are provided for your morning pick me up.

The Bedroom has a King size bed and a 50” Smart TV.

The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. There is a full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor Areas:

The outdoor backyard space is fully fenced and features a large open space with spa, seating area and fire pit. Grill it up on the gas BBQ.

Additional Amenities

Also enjoy Board games, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, etc. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles.

Walk to the Downtown Tasting Rooms, or feel free to take a quick drive to explore the other 200+ wineries that Paso wine country has to offer!

Indulge yourself at one of the many restaurants in downtown Paso Robles. From farm-to-table concepts to wine pairing with meals, you are sure to have a fine dining experience!

Pet Policy:

We are DOG-friendly with a Fifty dollar per pet fee. Maximum pet allowance is 2.  Failure to disclose pet and pay the fee will result in a Five Hundred Dollar additional fine. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.  Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.

It is our goal to make you feel at home while on vacation or business. You will receive thorough check-in instructions via email which will include the lockbox or keypad code three days prior to your visit to facilitate the check-in and check-out process.

Upon arrival, easily access your property with a keyless door code, no need for an in-person key exchange. Your property has been professionally cleaned and is ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all the comforts of a fine hotel, including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, paper products, towels, linens, extra blankets, free WiFi, smart functions for televisions, property information guide providing specific home details, local suggestions, WiFi access, TV instructions, check-out instructions and more.

Comfortable spot in the heart of Paso Robles

My wife and I were very comfortable in this house right in the heart of Paso Robles. The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well laid out and we made several good meals with local ingredients. Backyard space was also great. Off street parking was a real plus.

Lovely little house that we adore. This was our second stay at this adorable little craftsman home. It is updated with great amenities throughout and a very comfortable king bed with excellent pillows and bedding. Really a lovely little place. The only reason for the overall 4 star rating (mostly 5 star in all other aspects) was due to problems with the wifi and tv in the front room, and a new building going up right behind the house. They did stop work (and thus noise) before 4pm, and did not start up again until after 8am the next day, but it has made what was once a peaceful backyard where you could lie in the hammock and stare up at the trees and the sky, into a place where there feels like there is no privacy in the backyard due to the looming new building. The owner did respond immediately to us about the tv issue, and came over to try and troubleshoot. I am sure too that she will try and make the backyard more private once the building behind the house is done. We still highly recommend this house.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the location; able to walk down town with so many wonderful restaurant choices; we enjoyed the hot tub; the cottage was very comfortable with all the amenities; very comfortable bed, cozy fireplace, quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. We would definitely stay there again!

Cute cozy place!

This was great for what we needed. There was just 2 of us and a small dog. The bedroom is tight, with little space for luggage, but there is a nice closet to hang things if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook meals easily! The backyard is fully fenced but there are some areas where the fence doesn’t hit the ground so a small dog needs to be watched so they don’t get out. The location was great for us! Overall a great stay!

Fantastic home!

The location of the house was fabulous… walkable to everything in town but on a quiet street. The home was cute and cozy. Perfect size for one couple. The owners provided everything you’d need… it was definitely the best stocked and supplied home we’ve stayed in. From toiletries to coffee supplies to plenty of linens and pillows, we had everything we needed. It was very hot during our stay but we enjoyed the hot tub each morning while it was still cool. Property was very clean and well appointed. Definitely recommend!

Cozy Cottage Stay

This was our first stay at "Under the Oaks" and we loved it! The home had all the updates it needs while still maintaining its old-style charm. Perfect for two, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is large, yet private and the street is quiet. We hope to stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, well supplied and comfortable. The pictures of the backyard on the listing don't do the property justice.... its so much better in person! Charming Oak House

This charming property was perfect for the two of us. It’s very thoroughly equipped with everything you need- we especially appreciated having coffee and various coffee makers, ready to go! We also loved sitting out on the porch with our coffee in the Adirondack chairs, enjoying the mornings. The location is excellent, just a short walk to many cute downtown restaurants and shops. Wineries and tasting rooms abound! (Though if you come at the beginning of the week, as we did, there are fewer choices of wineries open and many close at 4 PM.) We Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house under the oaks. (Lovely hot tub too.)

Get away to California!
