“I celebrated my 50th birthday with 16 friends in Paso Robles. Jack is a wonderful host, very responsive and accomodating. This home was perfect for our large group. Everyone commented about how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals together. We were able to gather together in the living room for group activities and fit all 17 people around the large table for dinner. Ample parking. We had a lovely night by the large fire pit. And loved seeing deer come……

“This home was the perfect location to celebrate a milestone birthday and reconnect with family and friends. Spacious bedrooms and baths for spreading out and not feeling cluttered, tons of natural light, a chef's kitchen with all the amenities and wonderful outdoor entertaining space. It is close to Paso Robles wineries and town, but very much in the country so you still feel secluded which was a relaxing respite for our busy group. And the views! On the second night we even saw a herd of elk……

“This home hit the mark for our stay. We used this home as a base for wine tasting, and after that it was the perfect home for relaxing and spending time with the family. Billards was the main draw, but we also used the ping-pong, bocci, and darts. Fire pit for one night when we had a birthday!!! Too colds still for pool. Great hosts, always reachable, and super friendly... 5 star!!!!!!!!”

“House is large, private, and clean but needs some maintenance and repairs. Spa did not work at all, very poor water pressure in showers, and kitchen sink was clogged so could not do dishes.”

“We would have given 5stars if not for very small things which are easily changed. 5 stars assumes everything is perfect and no room for improvement. This property was 4.5 stars, very clean, comfortable but the bedrooms need bedside lamps on BOTH sides of the bed. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced as it’s broken. The staff were very attentive with check in etc but perhaps a few less emails or text messages would be preferable. Seemed like we got a check in message everyday for the week……
