“Family beach weekend with two boys 11 and 15- they lived having their own space and we loved being close to the beach and the park! Very comfortable home- nice shady putdoor area in the back and we even met one of the neighbors- very nice!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The price is unbeatable with the location being so close to the beach and the house having so many great amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking coffee, walking to the beach, and laying out by the pool.”

“We stayed in the cottage for the month of March. It was perfect for us and our geriatric dog. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but only a few blocks to the gulf, marina, and downtown area. The kitchen is adquately stocked for 2 people. The fenced in patio area is very private, and the front porch was comfortable as well. The owners live next door, and were very respectful of our privacy. They have several dogs, and there is some barking (especially when the owners were not home), but……
