“Newly opened Serena. Excellent service and condition of rooms. However, on arrival we were informed that Spa, Swimming Pool and Gym were out of action, this was not made clear on website despite paying full price. On discussion with Manager, nothing was offered for the inconvenience caused”

“We had a wonderful stay at Offto. Its location was quiet, yet accessible to the local village. We cannot praise enough the staff at Offto, as everything we requested was attended to immediately. We had a clean upper accommodation with a grand view of the mountains. A bit of an uphill walk, but a driver was available day and night to drive us to the upper level. The food was excellent..bravo to the chef! The only suggestions we recommend the owners to consider is in-room air-conditioning due to……
