Was a bit disappointed some parts of the property need to have some maintenance done, the tub is pealing and needs to be replaced or fixed. The other bathroom has gaps around the bottom of the door and around one side. So a cold breeze blows in while you are trying to shower. A short walk (about 30 minutes) via the ocean walkway will get you to the downtown shops and restaurants. Very lovely. The unit is ideally suited for one or two people. “A clean and tidy location near Ahuriri and the port. The buzz of the port action was great to see, and the accommondation was clean, tidy and well appointed with everything we needed. A short easy walk to the cafes at Ahuriri. Good to have a break away.”

“Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!”
