Booked this hotel for 9 days what a mistake!!!
During check in reception person grabbed a can of of air freshener I asked her what that was for she said to make the room smell fresh. As soon as I view room the bed had visible stain on bedding the small couch was filthy. And the room had a over powering smell of mold. I did not stay I promptly contacted Expedia about the condition of the room and that I wanted to cancel my reservation. To my knowledge Expedia has attempted 2 times to email property with no response. fellow travellers. Beware of this place it's horrible

The WiFi is poor and the area it is in means your phone 4/5g struggles. Location is superb.

Horrible customer service and NO free wifi
Arrived to check in only to be told rooms have no wifi, only the lobby. No point in staying. I changed hotels immediately. Girl behind the counter was VERY rude. I wont ever reserved a room in any OYO hotels again.

Front desk wasn't quite helpful
I booked through Hotels.com for 2 nights (paid in full) on Dec. 14th and then changed to 4 nights (paid in full) on Dec. 15th. However the front desk cannot see the change throught their OYO OS system. On 3rd day of stay they keep telling me to "check out" so I called Hotels.com's customer service.
Customer service people showed their expertise by letting me know it will be ok and sending my receipt to the front desk. However the front desk keep saying that they need to see update on OYO system, and that they don't care about receipt from Hotels.com. It was also unfortunate that OYO tech people are off duty so front desk don't know what to do, before their manager come and let me go.
I have no issue with the manager or Hotels.com, but simply don't like the front desk.
