“Hotel service is good, but facilities in room which are worn a little bit. Also, there is nothing around the hotel. However. This area like such as a small downtown, not so urban here. So, shall not take so highly criteria to evaluate it. Overall speaking, it is acceptable to me.”

“The person who checked us in was polite but lacked any personality. We did not get even a smile. The WiFi in this place is a joke. Every few minutes I had to log in again. I had to ask for passwords again and again. The room never got swept or cleaned. The area around the hotel is awful. It stinks of sewage and no pavement to walk on. Constant fear of being run over. We spent 2 days inside our room mostly.”

One particular server, Ms. Ranjitha, stood out as she was the first to notice my dining preferences and proactively inquired if I needed additional dishes, even making recommendations.
