“Very pleasant clean hotel on the edge of Jaisalmer. Not walkable but tut tuts are readily available. Good food. Dinner is better than other highly rated restaurants in the area so why go out? Nice small infinity pool ”

“The staff here are amazing. Nice enough to send someone to the train station at 4 am to pick me up and give me a room to nap for a bit even before my official check in time. Restaurant is nice too with incredible views of the fort. ”

“Absolutely stunning part palace part hotel. Stayed on the Golden Suite which had comfy double bed and separate small sitting room. Close to the fort. Lovely rooftop restaurant and separate breakfast room. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.”

““I spent two nights in this great place, one night in hotel and one night in Thar desert. I stayed at the Hotel Swan Haveli in jaisalmer city and loved it. They picked us from the train station. The location is fabulous with the most amazing rooftop terrace and views and is very convenient location, 10min walk to havelis and market. “I had checked late in night and it was very hard to wake them up for check-in. Neither their was any bell to ring nor contact number were picked. After knocking door several time they opened the door and i was checked in”

“Bad front desk service; extremely slow to carry out a simple task. Food isn’t great - they should be able to get a good chef and cook more appealing meals given that the hotel is in the middle of Rajasthan. Comfy room but location is poor, staff are badly-trained and not interested in being helpful or doing anything at all above the bare minimum. Stayed here last-minute and would only advise booking if you have to do the same. ”
