“No complaints at all. I truly don’t understand how this property could recieve and negative feedback. It’s great for a short extended, laid back, and relaxing stay. If you have plans to keep things simple during your trip, this is the place for you. We went with our 3, 6, and 11 year olds and they all had fun. ”

There are so many incredible amenities in the home (and the yard) as well as within the community that you don't even have to leave, but there are also great things to do close by. “We had an awesome time at this house. Lake view was priceless, amenities were provided (such as kayaks, life jackets, fire pit, grill, etc.), commmunication with owner/rep was seamless, house was spotless and updated, lots to do in the area. Would love to stay again and would recommend others to do so.”

“My family and I truly enjoyed everything about our trip here. It was our first trip at a Lake house and we’re already talking about a next one. Everything mentioned in the listing was accurate and communication was fantastic. This house had everything and more! Fishing was amazing, our boys had a blast and caught quite a few. “Pros: The pool was excellent, well kept and clean. Silvio was responsive to any issues that came up along the way. The location is nice and quiet. Cons: Most of the furniture was stained, broken and decrepit. The lighting was sallow and yellow. The kitchen cabinets had a smell and the remote was so sticky we put it in a ziploc to use it. We would return if the house was updated and freshened up to promote a clean and inviting feel.”

“ We had a short stay for Spring Break. This is central to a lot of Poconos locations. Bush kill Falls is about 25 minutes. There are more than enough beds for a family. The tree house is a good hang out for kids. It is also pet friendly (small dog on our trip). There are lots of Legos and games for kids. Hope to go again later in the season.”

“The Knoll is the perfect peaceful get away we were looking for. The owner was very kind! The house was comfortable, big enough and has everything you need. The best part was the property! The dogs loved walking through the woods and sitting on the big porch being with nature and so did I! ”
