“Host was prompt in replies. Really should have wi fi/internet in the stay (it’s 2025) tv is limited and unable to use firestick/roku. Says sleeps 4 beds are doubles so would be hard to fit 2 adults. No space for pantry/dry goods. 5 ponds. Enjoyed walking around them. Sunrises are beautiful. Would stay again. ”

“We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire. ”

“It is a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. Our dogs are very much at home with large areas to explore. The horses and the visitors are always friendly. The owners are welcoming and gladly provide insights into the area. We have visited there many times and will be back.”

“We had a great vacation at the home. The furniture is so nice. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfortable. The second cottage gave us space for our multi-generational family. The stone walkway is pretty but needs bushes trimmed to clear the path.”

“Wow!! We spent 3 1/2 days here with our three grandkids, and everyone had an amazing time. We wondered about the winding staircase for two 60 year olds and a 6 year old, but it turned out being no problem at all. The views are spectacular from both upstairs and down. We were in the hot tub twice a day. The kids caught fish off the dock. We kayaked and SUP'd multiple times. We had campfires. And we loved the proximity to the falls and swimming pool at Letchworth State Park. The only……

“Easy access to the Canal, restaurants and grocery stores. Loved walking the canal in the evenings. Having onsite washer/dryer a plus. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. ”
