“After a very long day in shuttles from Puerto Viejo, Gilberto was a very gracious, friendly and welcoming host. He quickly got us into our room and albeit "Happy Hour" was over, he set us up with a couple beverages and let us get settled. Our room had all the amenities we needed with a nice balcony and view of the tropical gardens. The breakfast was good with several options, and the pool and lounging area were the perfect addition after a day at Bahia Ballena and other excursions. The staff,……

“Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort um tauchen zu gehen, viele Tauchbasen sind in Laufnähe. Das Hotel ist neu und alle Zimmer haben eine kleine Küche mit ordentlicher Ausstattung. Es gibt keinen Herd oder Kochplatte, sondern einen elektrischen Kochtopf und eine elektrische Pfanne sowie eine Mikrowelle - für ein Frühstück hat es gereicht, richtig gekocht haben wir nicht. Die Ausstattung ist neu, aber es gibt keinerlei Dekoration sodass die Einrichtung eher schlicht wirkt. AC funktioniert super und war……

“We loved our stay. All of the on-site meals were delicious and there were so many options to choose from. There were also a variety of unique drinks at the bar. Property grounds are beautiful with many plants and birds. The lounge net in front of the pool is a great place to watch the sunset with views down the mountain of Uvita beach. There is also a gorgeous yoga shala with the same views and yoga props available if you wish to practice on your own, plus yoga classes according to the schedule.……

“I recently stayed at the Hotel Uvita Forest for two nights and had a comfortable stay. The accommodation is very modern, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, great air conditioning and a comfy bed. There is a pool area that is shared between the rooms and the villas, with sun loungers and areas to sit around it. Hotel Uvita Forest is in quite a vibrant area, so it can be quite noisy until around 10 pm. We ate in some local restaurants, including the Uvita Gastro Park which is right next……

“We stayed in the Superior Villa/Villa Agalla and the view was beautiful. The property felt secluded and we enjoyed our stay. This villa does need some maintenance, but overall a wonderful week. For example, the shower floor tiles are loose and will stick to to the bottom of your feet. We couldn't use the grill because it is charcoal but the bottom is burned out of it. There is no air conditioned common space, it is all open air. However, the bedrooms are air conditioned for a good nights……
