“My stay at this jungle resort in Costa Rica was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the lush surroundings, the peaceful atmosphere, and the incredible hospitality. The resort is beautifully tucked into nature, allowing you to truly disconnect and soak in the beauty of the jungle. A special shoutout to Dan, the owner, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with great local tips……

“We stayed in the Superior Villa/Villa Agalla and the view was beautiful. The property felt secluded and we enjoyed our stay. This villa does need some maintenance, but overall a wonderful week. For example, the shower floor tiles are loose and will stick to to the bottom of your feet. We couldn't use the grill because it is charcoal but the bottom is burned out of it. There is no air conditioned common space, it is all open air. However, the bedrooms are air conditioned for a good nights……

“Cabaña rústica en un lindo lugar al que hay que llegar con 4x4 por el último tramo hasta la casa. El propietario (Álvaro) fue muy amable. A la casa le hace falta algo de acondicionamiento: no dispone de agua caliente (puede hacer frío) y eché de menos que estuviera algo más acondicionada (limpieza y algún detalle adicional). El entorno muy tranquilo y bonito.”

“We drove from Ojochal side and the Google map link took us through the right road side. We eventually did get there. We stayed in Toucan (3 bedroom). The communication was on point. The road is indeed unpaved and it takes us about 15 min. We did have a 4x4 but didn’t really need to use the function only when it rained. We did notice the adjoining bedrooms, we can hear each other’s conversation. We were 2 couples and had to decide which rooms would give us more privacy. The place was real nice……

“This place is picturesque and has potential, but the staff was inattentive and seemed bothered when we asked for anything. We had to search the grounds for someone to come to check us in. The bartender wasn’t around for at least the first 20 mins of happy hour. We were told a lot of things were not done properly (room cleaning) or not working (hot tub) b/c of electricity issues (to be fair, it is rainy season and there were thunderstorms each night and it sounds like they were working off……
