“This was a wonderful place, a clean place and a comfortable place. The staff went beyond the call of duty… A very important prescription was left in the room, it wasn’t discovered until 10 hours later… I texted Mark late Friday night to inform him that this prescription had been left in the room… He checked the refrigerator where it should’ve been and it wasn’t there….
