McInnes 764 is a one story oceanfront home located on the coveted South end of Pawleys offers a private creek dock just steps away from the front porch. This five bedroom three bathroom home features a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room combination, central H/VAC, cable TV in living room, wireless internet, microwave, coffee pot maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 wonderful screened in porches with rockers, covered parking, outside showers and beautiful ocean front views. Bedding accommodations include one queen, one double & one twin, third bedroom has one double & one twin, fourth bedroom has a double, and the fifth has a double. Need more than five bedrooms? See if McInnes 762 is available, right next door!

Being on the beach is always nice, but the property certainly has an insect problem, and the beds might be original.

This was our first time to Pawley's Island and we loved it! We loved the easy access to both the beach and the canal. The house was clean and functioned well for our family. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues and some one came to take care of them within the hour. Would stay again.

Excellent in every way. Not one complaint; except for all the stairs for my 86 yr. mom, and her friend and me, both in our 60’s had to climb up/down multiple days. Have rented next door for next year (has a elevator (yahoo)

We have stayed on Pawley's Island several times but we think this house may have been our favorite!! We had 6 grandchildren and 7 adults and had plenty of room! We were able to set up a great play space under the house for the 9 month old to stay out of the sun, and had a small pool for him to sit in water to play without being in the sun all day. We didn't have to set up a tent because there was plenty of shade under the house!! The beach is perfect during low tide! Private, quite and peaceful!! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wanted the best of both worlds. Shade and hot summer sun!! My only down side are the beds. They were full which is small but honestly I have never went on a vacation anywhere and had a bed that was great!! We all said we wanted to stay in this house again!!!
