“This property offers serenity at its beat. We needed a breath. We are dealing with our flooded house feom Hurricane Milton. We have been working around the clock to do the restoration of the water that ran thru our home. This home on the water provided us the beautiful lake and dock to just sit on, dropnour toes in the water and decompress. A new subdivision is just being started across the street, and provides plenty of dog and human walking space. Fenced in backyard was really nice because we didn't have to worry about dog bolting.”
