Captains Hideaway has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, ideal for families traveling together, groups of friends, or even a corporate getaway. This sparkling property is ready for your holiday when you are!  Designed and built to ensure comfort year-round, with a 6-star energy rating and WIFI available, you are sure to enjoy your time here. Aircon in the master bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout the property.

We enjoyed the quiet, the view of the lake , property is dog friendly and well fenced. Easy walks from the property, walking trail and lake front. All amenities at the house were excellent. Short drive to supermarket town centre.

Fantastic position

This property was in the ideal location for us, we spent a lot of time in the boat , it made access fantastic & sitting on the deck looking at the view was perfect. The house is a new build and comfortable. The beds were very firm but nice linen. We had a great time at this property.

Lovely Paynesville house with lake frontage

New house, beautifully clean , Great Lake view. Kitchen was well appointed, thankyou. Set up for a family with little kids so my adult children didn’t love the bunks, but that’s ok because we knew about this beforehand from the website and the rest of the house more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend this property

Flawless

The house was very clean and had all the amenities one needs to have a great stay. Beds were comfortable. A lovely view of the water, swans and pelicans was a bonus. I highly recommend this accommodation. We were greeted with a loaf of bread and jam om arrival.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Absolutely loved our stay here! The views from the back garden over the water are sublime, and the activities at the boat ramp kept us entertained morning and afternoon. So grateful that we were also allowed to bring our furry friend, who also enjoyed swims in the water and meeting the local dogs. Would love to go back one day soon.

Relaxing Stay

We decided to visit the Gippsland area to help the economy after the fires We stayed in Paynesville and the house was lovely in a quiet court and looks over the area where the boats are put in the water The house was new and had all amenities The only thing was it was stated that the house had fans in the rooms but there wasn’t any The area is beautiful and although a long way to travel for a couple of days we will be back for a longer stay
