“Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. ”

“This charming historic home sits on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from historic downtown, shopping, and restaurants, with easy access to I-15. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen have all been updated, while preserving the historic character of the home. There are multiple gathering /seating areas for family and friends to socialize with a covered porch, multiple living rooms, a very large dining table, and the modern eat-in kitchen. “The room was not fancy, almost utilitarian, but clean, functional, and properly prepared. The only issue was a leaking tub spout, but for the price, who really cares? I’ve stayed in other hotels for 3 times the price with the same overall experience. If you just need a place to crash it’s perfect. I rarely write reviews but this was notable in being an awesome value.”
