“This place was fabulous. We stayed in The Madison and it was beautiful, cozy and chic. Would absolutely stay again. Very reasonable price for the area. If you are someone who needs a front desk and lots of attention to check-in/out, you won't get it here. Instead everything is done electronically which suits me fine, it's very efficient and they know what they're doing. If you need anything, you can call or text the manager and they are very responsive. They email and/or text you your codes……

“We loved our stay. All personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. The lady at the desk, BW was extremely helpful and friendly. She even took us outside to give us directions to show us where we needed to go. We also appreciated the friendly service provided during breakfast by Heather. “I wanted something downtown for one night while attending a concert. I chose it because the parking is directly across from the hotel which was ideal as I do not know Buffalo very well. The concert venue, Electric City was only 2 blocks away, as well as lots of restaurants in walking distance.There is a fantastic whiskey bar across the street.”
