“The location was great and the room was clean and quiet. We liked the equipment in the room and the designated parking spot. Everything would be perfect if there were no smell of weed from the other room at night. It's just our preference, and we know this is a non-smoking hotel. “我們透過hotel.com訂了五天四夜有湖景的房間，滿心期待的這次放鬆小旅行，hotel.com介紹這家飯店有廚房、健身設施、蒸氣室、釣魚場、高爾夫球場、迴力球場、網球場、帆板運動場、潛水⋯洋洋灑灑寫一堆，結果來到這裏當場傻眼，不但沒有上述說的所有設施，房間內連電話都沒提供。不用懷疑就是室內電話，所以如果你有事想找櫃檯，抱歉請親自下樓。還有房間內擺設佈滿灰塵，窗簾拉開還有蜘蛛網，原來天花板上有好幾隻蜘蛛在爬來爬去。旅館在大馬路旁非常吵，窗簾也無法密合，簡直糟糕透頂！已經向訂房網站投訴，已經是嚴重欺騙消費者的行為！”

“We got away for a last minute mom & daughter overnight to Newport and found Town & Tide. We loved every moment there. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and all of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again!”

“Great location, walking distance to Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk as well as many stores, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. And the hosts are super friendly and helpful! ”

“The house is unique. I had already chosen the bigger room (2 kings) and was happy with its sitting area and large bathroom. The lobby is welcoming and its dining area has charm and character. We’d certainly return in warmer weather to enjoy the patio area. It’s just a 2 minute ride to all the restaurants. Lastly, the staff is professional and personable.”
