“Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding at Della Terra. We rented 3 different units for various family members. Every unit was exceptional and the location was perfect! The river location was perfect because the main road was on the opposite side of the building so you felt very secluded. We had a couple of guests out our door the morning the left. ”

“Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. We slept with the windows cracked open for the white……

“My husband, 2 teens and I had a wonderful stay in Estes Park. The apartment is perfectly located near the grocery store, on the main road with shops and restaurants, close to parking and with beautiful views. Andy was responsive and helpful. We fell in love with Estes Park and would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Lovely location. We have stayed in these condos several times. It can be a bit warm in upstairs bedroom so you might use a fan. The kitchen is good. Need to look up how to dispose of trash. All and all we had a great time. We love Grand Lake. ”
