“We had a short two night stay Hummingbird Ranch timed to view the winter residency of the Sandhill Cranes. This is wonderfully appointed, comfortable, private getaway on 25 acres of Sonoran Desert, adjacent to both wetlands where the Sandhill Cranes winter (Willcox Playa and Whitewater Draw). “Our family really enjoyed this modern, well equipped home during our vacation! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The AC was great, and there was an ice maker in the fridge. TVs are in both bedrooms and a desk in one as well!Recommend getting groceries in Benson on your way down. Most things in Tombstone close around 5 or 6 so having a house was much better for us than being crammed into a hotel room all evening!”

However, the plug strip kept turning off so the heat wouldn’t stay on and I was so cold that using all the blankets wasn’t enough.
