“The AC was on 80 in one of the units. When we called, they said they would send a tech out on Monday. There were fingernails in the bed. The check in process for the rental company was quite daunting. Wouldn’t stay again.”

“The condo is absolutely beautiful, incredibly comfortable and accommodating. There is little left to be desired when staying here. This was a mini beach vacation for myself, fiancé, two daughters (ages 6 & 2) and my mother. The private beach was not crowded, with clean sand (besides shells) and calm waters. The entire condo seemed to be filled with other families. It was clean, quiet, and family oriented. The first night we arrived, they screened a movie in the pool area, and the next day served……

“This is a recently renovated building conversion. Lovely, well-appointed units, fully equipped. Ground floor units have exceptionally high ceilings. Not well soundproofed, evidence of leaking from the second floor (ceiling not yet repaired). Ample parking, and can walk everywhere.”

“We chose Sunshine oaks because of proximity to our grandson. Was a quick 15 min drive to get him for our daily visits. Sunshine oaks was the perfect size for my husband and I alone, but also roomy enough for our son daughter in law and grandson to hang out with us. I loved that the pool was so close to the unit, and clean! The area was very quiet and safe feeling. We will definitely recommend and stay again!”
