“You absolutely cannot beat the location! The view from our room was directly in front of the Colosseum and you could watch the Cattle Drive from the room. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the water in the shower was hot, and the room was roomy with two dogs and their kennels. It really was a great room for the weekend! We contemplated The Drover but we knew we’d be out of the hotel for the majority of the trip so we just couldn’t justify the ridiculous……

“Check in was available starting by at 3pm. We arrived a little before 4pm and no rooms were ready. There were 2 others in front of us waiting for rooms to be cleaned as well.
